步骤一：准备

1、设定明确的阅读目的

请对自己询问以下的问题，以设定明确的目的。

●我需要的是多详细的信息？

●为了达成目的，我现在需要花多少时间？

2、讲入阅读文章的理想状态

●橘子集中法：想象你的手上有一个橘子，你要感觉到它的重量、颜色、触感和气味。

想象你抛起它，用另一只手接住，然后再丢回原来那只手，就像玩丢沙包一样，让它在两手之间来来去去。

●接着用你写字的手，把橘子拿到距离后脑勺上方约15至20厘米的地方。
